Issue/Introduction

To reset a user password from the login page of Hosted EDR Console

Environment

• Hosted EDR (Formerly CB Response Cloud) Console

Resolution

1. Enter the URL of the Cb Response cloud instance.
2. Click on "Forgotten Password"
3. Enter username
4. A link to reset password will be sent to the nominated e-mail address.

Additional Information

• Check e-mail spam or junk folder to ensure the e-mail has not been sent there.
• If there's an account login or password reset issue on CBR Cloud, best way forward is to reach out to the Global Admin(s) of the particular instance to reset or re-create an account for, as tech support do not reset any Hosted EDR account passwords as a matter of security.
