Check for a proxy configuration in the Internet Explorer settings

• CB Protection Agent: All Versions
• Microsoft WIndows: All Supported Verisons
• Internet Explorer

Resolution

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Select Tools from the menu bar of your Internet Explorer window
3. Select Internet Options
4. Select the Connections Tab
5. Select LAN Settings.
