Issue/Introduction

  • Sensor details page has grayed out 'Go Live' button
  • Sensor details actions such as Sync, Restart and Uninstall fail with "502 Bad Gateway" error

  • CB Live Response terminal window commands all fail with "502 Bad Gateway" error

Cause

Logging into the WebUI using the URL of a Minion node is possible with the cb.multihome.conf configuration, but some API services require requests to come from the Master node hostname.

Resolution

1. Login to the CB Response Console using the URL of the Master server node
2. Retry making changes on the Sensor details page
