CB Response: Blank tabs in Yara Manager console after new installation

Issue/Introduction

Yara Manager console is accessible in the web browser, but the Yara Rules, Yara Config, and Yara Logs tabs are blank with no data

Environment

• CB Response Server 7.x and Higher
• CB Yara Connector: All Supported Versions
• CB Yara Manager: 2.1.1-1

Cause

The Yara Connector information is missing from the default locations that are defined in the /etc/cb/integrations/cb-yara-manager/config.py

Resolution

1. Open '/etc/cb/integrations/cb-yara-manager/config.py' and confirm the values for defined directories
2. Confirm the directories and files exist under '/etc/cb/integrations/cb-yara-connector' location
3. If any folders or files are missing, re-add them to the listed location from the '/etc/cb/integrations/cb-yara-manager/config.py'
4. Restart the Yara Manager service and NGINX service

service cb-nginx restart
service cb-yara-manager restart
