CB Response: "Ngnix failed to start: unknown "server_cert_id" variable" error after upgrade to 6.4.0 Server

Issue/Introduction

• NGINX service fails to start on cluster Master or single instance server
• /var/log/cb/nginx/startup.out has the following error:

"Ngnix failed to start: unknown "server_cert_id" variable" error

Environment

• CB Response Server: 6.4.0-srv

Cause

The /etc/cb/nginx/conf.d/includes/cb.server.body file has been modified and is missing the 'set $server_cert_id 1;' value

Resolution

1. Edit the file /etc/cb/nginx/conf.d/includes/cb.server.body
2. Validate the last line of the file includes:

set $server_cert_id 1;
