CB Defense: BSOD on Windows endpoints with PSC sensor and Forcepoint DLP installed

Issue/Introduction

• BSOD with endpoints where CB Defense and Forcepoint DLP are installed
• Performance issues with file uploads, scanning, etc.

Environment

• CB Defense sensor: Versions prior to 3.4.0.1097
• Microsoft Windows: All supported versions
• Forcepoint DLP

Cause

There is a known interop issue with CB Defense and Forcepoint DLP where shared .dll's are being impacted.

Resolution

1. Upgrade to sensor version 3.4.0.1097 or higher
2. Confirm issues have been resolved after upgrade.
