Issue/Introduction

  • Live Response console fails to upload a file with the error: "Remote error HRESULT 0xNaN".
  • The put command launches as expected but partway through the transfer fails and the current session is unexpectedly terminated.
  • Multiple upload attempts fail.

Cause

Logic behind upload is not optimal.

Resolution

  1. Upgrade to server version 7.1.0 where logic has been improved
  2. Re-try uploads
