MSSP User Deletion Fails

Issue/Introduction

Deleting a User in the MSSP console results in the following error

Failed to delete user Request failed with status code 400 

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud (Formerly PSC) Console:  All supported versions
• Orgs are attached to an MSSP account
• Users managed through MSSP Console

Cause

The same user email has been used in multiple orgs

Resolution

1. Please open a support ticket to assist in deletion of the User account
2. Please provide the following

• User name
• User email
• Associated organizations

Additional Information

• A future improvement will be implemented to prevent use of the same email address in multiple orgs
• Please review upcoming PSC release notes for DSER-15001
