Issue/Introduction

What permissioin needs to be added to the Leve 2 - Analyst role to allow a user to download files from the Inbox?

Environment

• CB Defense PSC Console: March '19 Release and later (0.45)

Resolution

Add the "FILES AND REPUTATIONS > Manage Reputations and Auto Blacklist" permission to allow download of files from the Inbox

Additional Information

The "Manage Reputations and Auto Blacklist" permission can be added to any role to allow download of files from the Inbox
