Issue/Introduction

Sensor remains in bypass even though KEXT has successfully been approved

Environment

CB Defense PSC Sensor: All versions
Apple macOS: All supported versions

Cause

Sensor version is incompatible with the operating system version

Resolution

1.  Check this compatibility chart to find the Sensor version compatible with the macOS version
2.  Uninstall the incompatible Sensor
3.  Install the compatible Sensor
