App Control: How to Configure API Web Application Bindings

Issue/Introduction

How to make sure the site bindings are set to unassigned not specific addresses

Environment

• App Control Server (formerly CB Protection): All Supported Versions
• Microsoft Windows Server: All Supported Versions

Resolution

1. Open IIS Manager
2. Expand on the Server name and Sites
3. Click "Parity Console Web"
4. On the right side under the Actions menu look for "Bindings..."
5. Click each type and hit enter on the right
6. Set both ports to All Unassigned "*" and hit 'Ok'
7. Restart the IIS Services
