How to approve or ban files from the File Catalog page.

Environment

• App Control Console (formerly CB Protection): All Supported Versions

Resolution

1. Log into the App Control console
2. Navigate to Files > File Catalog tab
3. Look for the file in question adding any filter
4. Click on View details on file in question
5. On the File Details page in the right menu
6. Select the Action desired to Approve or Ban the file
