App Control: The Section 'All Certificates for this publisher' is Missing from the Console

Issue/Introduction

There is no list of certificates in 'All Certificates for this publisher' section

Environment

• App Control Console: All Supported Versions

Cause

The property 'EnableCertificates' is set as False

Resolution

1. Open Console
2. Navigate to https://ServerName/Shepherd_config.php
3. Set to True the configuration 'EnableCertificates'
