CB Protection: Reputation approval events show unformatted HTML links

Issue/Introduction

File Approval by Reputation events show unformatted HTML in the description. Such as: 

<a href="/files.php?transaction_id=<IDNUMBER>

Environment

• Cb Protection Server: 8.1.0.3324 (Patch 1)

Cause

This is a known syntax error in the events template. And has been identified as EP-6514

Resolution

Carbon Black is investigating the error, and will be resolving the issue in a future release.
