App Control: Rapid Config Blocking Files Normally Approved by Custom Rules

Issue/Introduction

Rapid Config rules are blocking files which are normally approved by other methods. 

Environment

• App Control: All Supported Versions
• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Cause

This is working as intended, the rapid configs operate in their own rule group, prior to custom rules or approvals.

Resolution

Add the application to the Ignore list, in the specific Rapid Config.
