App Control: Publisher page shows no certificates

Issue/Introduction

• New Certificates are not listed in the console
• Publisher pages show no certicates 
• Files signed by new certificates have no publisher details included

Environment

• App Control Console: All Supported Versions
• App Control Server: All Supported Versions

Cause

Certificate verification is disabled or timing out

Resolution

1. Verify the setting below is set to 1 on the page: https://<SERVERNAME>/shepherd_config.php

2. If already set to 1, or does not exist please open a case with Technical support referencing this article and EP-8346
