App Control: Unable to run Host Package Installers using USERNAME@Domain format

Environment
- App Control (Formerly CB Protection) Server: 8.1.4 and Higher
- Host Package Installers
- Services running with service account listed as "Username@Domain"
Cause
This is caused by a username and domain mismatch expecting a Domain\Username format
Resolution
- As an administrator open Services.msc
- Edit both the "Carbon Black App Control Server" and "Carbon Black App Control Reporter" services
- Change the Logon ID to a DOMAIN\USERNAME format
- Re-Run the Host Package Installer
