CB Response: CB Inspection URL Directs to an Internal Server Error

Issue/Introduction

Clicking a CB Inspection link in the CB Response console directs you to a blank page stating "Internal Server Error"

Environment

• CB Response Console: All Supported Versions
• CB Inspection: All Supported Versions

Cause

This is caused by an error generating an encoded URL. 

Resolution

A fix has been deployed to resolve any future URLs, but if a previous URL is found, please open a Support case and provide the URL as well as SHA256 and MD5 hashes for the file.
