Issue/Introduction

To collect IIS Logs for the Parity Console Web

Environment

• App Control Server: All Supported Versions
• Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS): All Supported Versions

Resolution

1. Login to the App Control Server
2. Navigate to %SystemDrive%\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\
3. Copy the files

Additional Information

• IIS log location is configurable
  • Managing IIS Log File Storage
• By default the Log File Rollover is set to happen Daily.
