App Control: Timed Override Code Not Generating

Issue/Introduction

After clicking Generate Code from the Policy Override tab, no code is generated and the field remains blank.

Environment

• App Control Console: All Supported Versions
• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Cause

The selected Agent is a duplicate and a Timed Override code is unable to be generated.

Resolution

Re-register the duplicate computer(s).
