Carbon Black Cloud: New alert notifications go missing after refreshing the web page

Issue/Introduction

• A newly created alert notification does not appear on the notification settings page.
• The entry for alert notification is created into audit.log however the alert does not persist on the notification page.

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud console: All versions
• Endpoint Standard: All versions

Cause

•  The notification settings page is designed to display only 100 entries and has no options for pagination/sorting .
•  The entries are displayed starting with the oldest , hence new entries after 100 can't ever be seen 

Resolution

• The Carbon Black Engineering Team has identified this issue and has started to work on this.
• If a similar issue is occuring , customers are requested to collect screenshots of the notifications created, audit log entries and .har file reproducing the issue and report it to Carbon Black Support.
