Carbon Black Cloud: Alert Triage page drops the events within few seconds of loading the page

Issue/Introduction

Alert triage page features an alert created from a watchlist, the events (few thousands) load up for few seconds and then drops down to double digit.

 

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud console: 0.68 and below

Cause

The issue occurs when the Group Alert settings is enabled.

Resolution

• The workaround is to disable the Group Alerts.
• The issue is fixed in 0.69 release.
