CB Protection: Server installation failed/ Installation setup crash

Issue/Introduction

• During the new installation of CB Protection server setup crashes every time.
• Crash happens when it reaches to installing of Parity Reporter service.
• Below errors can be seen in DebugView trace.

Environment

• CB Protection All versions
• OS with Non-US regional settings

Cause

• OS with Non-US regional settings

Resolution

• Change regional settings to US on the OS
• If above does not help then re-install the OS with US regional settings.
