App Control: Console is not accessible

Issue/Introduction

• Console is not accessible and showing below error.

"Fatal Error. Network error while trying to communicate with Bit9 Server. Error: Could not connect to host"

 

Environment

• App Control all versions.

Cause

• App Control service account don't have DAS db access. 

Resolution

• Make sure App Control application's service account has DB owner access on DAS database.
