Issue/Introduction

Is there an option to Crawl the contents of a Trusted Directory for Linux or MacOS agents as Windows trusted directories do?

Environment

• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions
• Red Hat Linux: All Supported Versions
• Apple macOS: All Supported Versions

Resolution

• Agents do not crawl subfolders of Trusted Directories.
• Agents do not crawl contents of archive files (zip, tar, etc).
• Files added to a Trusted Directory for a macOS or Linux Agent must be extracted in the specified Trusted Directory.
