App Control: Received HTTP code 307 from proxy after CONNECT

Issue/Introduction

• Not able to reach https://YouAppControlServer/api/bit9platform page
• API is showing a red status in console> Administration > System Configuration > Advanced Options > API Access Enabled
• Blank User Roles when trying to edit or Create a new user.
• Php error log file shows the following error several times 

  Last Curl error: Received HTTP code 307 from proxy after CONNECT

 

Environment

• App Control Server: All Supported Versions

Cause

Proxy or other network setting blocking the traffic

Resolution

​​​​​Verify the network settings from App Server and add the "allow" rule to allow the traffic if it is needed
