Issue/Introduction
User runs service b9daemon status and receive the following message "b9daemon dead but pid file exists".
Environment
- App Control Agent: 8.x
- RHEL 6.x
Cause
Corrupted agent installation.
Resolution
Uninstall and re-install the agent on the endpoint.
