App Control: Error: "Update Failed" When Saving Rapid Configs

Issue/Introduction

When saving a Rapid Config the error "Update Failed" is received.

Environment

• App Control Server: All Versions

Cause

Environment has Request Filtering configured in IIS.

Resolution

1. Open IIS Manager
2. Navigate to Sites > Parity Console Web > Request Filtering (IIS Section) > HTTP Verbs tab
3. Remove any verbs that are configured.
4. Navigate to Sites > Parity Console Web > API > Request Filtering (IIS Section) > HTTP Verbs tab
5. Remove any verbs that are configured.
