EDR: Live response very slow or connection times out

Issue/Introduction

• Live Response sessions are slow in the WebUI.

Environment

• EDR(Formerly Carbon Black Response) Server: 7.2

Cause

Internal Bug : Checkin can be very slow with Live Query enabled 

Resolution

Bug fixed in Server version 7.4.0

Additional Information

Workaround:

• DISABLE LiveQuery from setting -> advance settings 
• Restart CB Response services
