Siebel installation takes a long time to complete

• App Control Agent: 8.5.0

Cause

Installation processes which make heavy use of the PendingFileRenameOperations registry key lead to this issue 

Resolution

This is identified as a product defect EP-12906 which is fixed in Windows Agent version 8.7.0
