Issue/Introduction

• RepMgr consume very high memory
• Sensor goes unresponsive due to RepMgr consuming high memory
• Unable to RDP into sensors due to high resource usage by RepMgr

Environment

• Endpoint Standard Sensor: 3.7.0.1411 and lower

Cause

RepMgr cause deadlock situation rendering the endpoint unresponsive and spiking the sensor’s memory usage

Resolution

This is identified as a product defect DSEN-16109 which is fixed in Sensor version 3.7.0.1503
