Resolution

Upgrade to agent version 8.7.4+ where this has been corrected.

Additional Information

There were three separate issues that were corrected:

• EP-14965
  • Fixed an issue that caused a race condition and could cause the parity service to crash in some situations during user login
• EP-14938
  • Fixed an issue where the agent can potentially corrupt memory and crash when collecting metadata from an MSI file
• EP-15312
  • Fixed an issues where a service crash can occur when querying system information
