To collect logs for troubleshooting failed App Control Server upgrades.
Environment
- App Control Server: All Supported Versions
Resolution
- Collect a screenshot of any error (if present).
- In Windows Explorer, navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Bit9\Parity Server\Support\
- Grab a copy of:
- ServerPatch-date.log (if Patch Upgrade)
- ServerInstall-date.log (if Major Upgrade)
- Attach the collected information to the support case for review:
