Issue/Introduction

Trusted Directory shows  "Enabled,Inaccessible" in the console

Environment

• App Control Console: 7.x - 8.x
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Cause

• Path listed in the directory is not valid or no longer exists
• Network connectivity to the agent has failed

Resolution

1. Confirm the path listed in the trusted directory exists locally on the endpoint
   • UNC paths/share names will not validate
2. Confirm the agent is showing as connected in the console
