Issue/Introduction

What changes in the Console cause an increase of the CL Version?

Environment

• App Control Console: All Supported Versions

Resolution

The CL Version is increased from changes to:

• Approvals/Bans
• Rule Changes
• Agent Configuration Changes

Additional Information

• Some CL Versions may be Agent specific. If a CL Version of an Agent does not match the Console, it does not necessarily mean that Agent is out of date.
• Trusted Directories and/or Reputation Approvals being enabled will cause the CL Version to increase without "direct" action being taken.
