Issue/Introduction

Error within CB Protection console: "You Are Not Authorized to View This Page"

Environment

• CB Protection Console: All Supported Versions

Cause

• "User Role" in place does not allow access to page
• API Connectivity

Resolution

Confirm User Access:

1. Login to the CB Protection Console as  "admin" account
2. See if same error is observed
3. Navigate to Login Accounts (Gear Icon) > User Roles tab
4. Confirm User Role is enabled and has correct access to desired page(s)
