CB Response: Go Live button in the UI is grayed out even after enabling the Go Live option.

Issue/Introduction

• The "Go Live" button in the Sensor's details page is grayed out.
• This affects global admins and all others.
• The flag "CbLREnabled=True" is set in /etc/cb/cb.conf and services have been restarted.

Environment

• CB Response Server: 6.2.1 and higher
• Google Chrome: All versions
• Mozilla Firefox: All versions

Cause

The problem only occurs in Firefox.

Resolution

The Go Live button is not grayed out in Chrome (the only supported web browser).
