Issue/Introduction
End user experienced much slower login times (2x8 times longer than normal)
The problem won't occur if the CBC sensor is placed in "Bypass Mode"

Environment
- Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: 3.9.x and earlier versions.
- Carbon Black Cloud Backend: All versions
- VMware Horizon DEM: All versions
Cause
This is issue DSEN-21851
Resolution
DSEN-21851 is fixed in the CBC Windows 4.0.0.x sensor.
