CB Response: comms_ip and interface_ip fields not valid in CSV export

Issue/Introduction

CSV process files exported from the CB Response web interface contain non-useful values for the comms_ip and interface_ip fields.

Environment

• CB Response: 6.0 - 6.4.x

Cause

This is a known issue, tracked as CB-15266. 

Resolution

This issue will be resolved in CB Response 6.5.0 and later.
