Resolution

• The CB Response Cloud EULA (End User License Agreement) is a set of terms binding all users who log into the service. 
• Every user who logs into the service for the first time will be prompted to accept these terms.
• If the EULA terms change, every user will be prompted to accept the changes during their next login.
