EDR: Error: "detected an older version of cb enterprise data schema"

Issue/Introduction

• Restarting the cluster or cb-enterprise services gives error:

detected an older version of cb enterprise data schema

Environment

• EDR Server: 6.x and Higher

Cause

After an upgrade, EDR requires that an init script gets run. If that script fails or is not run, this reported error will occur. 

Resolution

1. Run init script:

/usr/share/cb/cbupgrade

2. Restart the EDR services
