Hosted EDR How to enable Isolation Exclusions

Issue/Introduction

To enable isolation exclusions on Windows sensors for a specific CB Response Cloud instance. 

Environment

• Hosted EDR: 6.5.0+

Resolution

1. Open a support case with VMware Carbon Black.
2. Request isolation exclusions get enabled.
3. Provide the name of the CB Response Cloud instance. 

Additional Information

Isolation exclusions are disabled on all CB Response Cloud instances by default.
