CB Response: 404's on Most Pages After Upgrade

Issue/Introduction

• After upgrading the CB Response Server pages display 404's
• Might see "service cb-enterprise does not exist" when trying to start services

Environment

• Carbon Black Response Server: All Versions

Cause

cb-enterprise package is not installed

Resolution

1. Confirm package is missing or on the correct version

   rpm -qa | grep cb-enterprise

2. Run "yum clean all"
3. Re-install cb-enterprise

   yum install cb-enterprise

4. Start the services CB:Response How to restart server services

Additional Information

• This can happen if yum has an issue during the download and other packages successfully to update
• yum-complete-transaction may correct this
