Can the sensor be installed from the CB Response Console?

• Carbon Black Response Console: All Versions

Resolution

No, the sensor cannot be installed via the console

Additional Information

• Sensor Packages can be downloaded in either local or GPO versions depending on OS. 
• Application management software can be used to install the packages. Please see the user guide for more information.
• Troublshooting of Application Management software should be done outside of Carbon Black support.
• Sensor upgrades can be performed via the console and recommended.
