CB Response: Sensor is Reporting the Wrong OS Version

Issue/Introduction

Carbon Black Response Console is reporting the incorrect Operating System version

Environment

• Carbon Black Response Console: All Versions
• Carbon Black Response Sensor: 6.2.1
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Cause

CB Response server will display/use whatever OS name the sensor reported in the last register.

Resolution

Corrected with CB-23322 in CB Sensor version 6.2.2
