Unable to access the Console
Service status shows some services with "EROFS Fatal" errors

cb-coreservices unknown error making dispatchers for 'cb-coreservices': EROFS FATAL

Environment

• CB Response Server: All Versions

Cause

Disk hardware issues

Resolution

1. Check /var/log/messages for any unexpected gaps in log collection. Review kernel level messages for disk type issues. Act accordingly with your Linux Administrator
2. Check the physical disk connection
3. Try running disk check

   fsck -f

Additional Information

• EROFS is a file system level error. This should be investigated and remediated by the Linux Admin
