Can you conopy panvalet base members into an Elib

Resolution

If a site is converting from Panvalet to Endevor, they may have some Panvalet libraries used as base libraries. Since Panvalet supports ten character names, converting first to a PDS will result in truncation and the Footprints can also be lost. BC1PNCPY can be used to convert directly from a Panvalet library to Endevor Elib files retaining the ten character names and footprints.
