EDR: 7.6.0 - 7.6.1 Threat Intelligence Feeds are Blank and Infinite Spinning Wheel

Issue/Introduction

When navigating to the Threat Intelligence page, some feeds are blank and a spinning wheel continues indefinitely.

Environment

• EDR Console: 7.6.0 - 7.6.1

Cause

5 star rated feeds are not able to load

Resolution

1. Log into terminal/ssh to the backend of the primary server
2. Run the following command to set the affected feeds to a rating of 4

   psql -p 5002 cb -c "update alliance_feeds set local_rating = 4 where local_rating = 5;"

Additional Information

• Correction in CB-38345 for 7.6.2
• Restart of services is not required.
