Issue/Introduction

6.2.3.90612 causes BSOD or Lockups on machines

Environment

• Carbon Black Response Sensor: 6.2.3.90612
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Cause

An incorrect version of the sensor was sent out to Cloud customers. This was reverted, however those that have sensors groups set to auto-upgrade may have installed the incorrect version of the sensor

Resolution

Install the 6.2.3.90710
