Resolution

Prerequisites:

• Ensure troubleshooting steps and information requests documented in How to Troubleshoot Sensor Performance Issues have been completed

Steps:

1. Collect Carbon Black Cloud Sensor Logs Locally
2. Sysdiagnose results: Attempt to replicate the performance issue while executing Diagnose MacOS Network Issues Using Network Extension Diagnostics
3. Replicate the issue while Activity Monitor is running
4. Bundle the files and upload them to the case
